The primary points of contact (POCs) for ordering are the Centralized Order Processing Offices (COPOs). Each Service has an AIT Program Management Office (PMO) where questions concerning systems, equipment and services may be directed. The US Army is the Executive Agent for AIT hardware procurement. The Army's PMO, Product Manager, Joint-Automatic Identification Technology (PM J-AIT) provides the Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs) and manages the Government AIT contracts. The CORs are the points of contact for contract issues, technical requirements and specifications and Contractor performance.
